Founder · 7 years in yachting
Malin Pernheim
Malin is the Founder and person behind Yacht Pathway, leading its concept, structure, content and overall direction. Her perspective is grounded in seven years aboard private luxury superyachts, alongside professional experience in aviation and travel.
She is also a qualified travel consultant, with international IATA training as part of her professional education. Her story begins with an unexpected glimpse of yachting in Florida and develops through life onboard, a couple position and a new-build chapter.

Lisa Häggström
Lisa brings nine years across motor and sailing yachts, private and charter programmes, from smaller crews to vessels of 80 metres and beyond.
Her journey crosses oceans, departments and changing levels of responsibility, from learning the industry to guiding others.
